Greek Yogurt

Greek Yogurt  has tons of protein! It’s thick and creamy.  From the texture you’d never guess it’s so good for you.  You can blend it with other things to make it either sweet, or keep it savory.

My Favorite Uses:

  1. mayo substitution
  2. sour cream substitution
  3. salad dressing alternative/base
  4. cream cheese alternative
  5. baking–cream alternative
  6. a great replacement for any other yogurt
